Process
I grab a big dictionary and some extra thick paper. In an extra wet pen I write down each word that sticks to my skull. Then I chew the paper at a time I choose. Then I swallow the paper. Then I sleep on any couch for no more than three hours and no less than one. At some point a bird flies through a window and probably spits in my mouth. When I wake I taste acrid things and I hack up something shiny.
