Walter And His Pens
Walter liked to chew on pens. He liked to chew on pens until the ink burst in his mouth and coated his tongue. He liked the texture and the taste and the feeling of the ink bursting but most of all he liked how his mouth looked after- all blue or red or black. For Walter, chewing on pens was the best!
Bic pens were Walter’s favorite. They had a wonderful texture and made a satisfactory pop when they exploded. They were also affordable, which was very nice (this hobby could get expensive). Walter did not chew sharpies. He had made that mistake only once. They tasted terrible, stained his teeth for too long and were soft, spongy, and gross.
Walter liked to chew on all colors. Green was nice and earthy, black had a classic feel, but blue was easily his favorite. It tasted like cement which was so cool and Walter thought his mouth looked awesome after. He liked red too, but only around Halloween time because red ink looked like blood, which was scary. Walter did not want to look scary because Walter was not scary. Walter was very nice.
One time Walter chewed the cartridge of a fountain pen. The texture was amazing and the taste was so good but Walter didn't count that one because it wasn't the whole pen that he chewed, just the cartridge. Fountain pens were very expensive, anyway, and Walter didn’t have a job right now. He had been trying to get a job at Bic Manufacturing but they wouldn't answer any of his emails. Walter thought he might be overqualified. Also he thought that Bic was maybe located in France. Perhaps he should learn French and then reapply.
